Scope of work:

Enterprise and Standard Solution Sales

Description:

A Sales Executive -based in the UAE- will be responsible for generating revenue,developing and managing sales aspects of  AI-powered product suite in line with potential partner requirements in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving results in terms of revenue, growth and acquisitions by tapping into the full sales funnel, from prospecting to signoffs.
2. Maintaining B2B relations with existing prospects and accounts.
3. Attaining company’s KPI’s and accomplishing Sales targets along with supporting team members to achieve theirs.
4. Attending trade shows and events, relevant to the core products
5. Contributing to the growth regionally and globally by initiating and/or participating in the development and enhancement processes.
6. Working closely with the commercial directors regionally and globally to understand the market dynamics and solution mix.
7. Commercial awareness, attention to details and achievement assertion.
8. Great knowledge and hands-on experience of daily CRMs, like HubSpot and Salesforce to maintain support and high levels of customer satisfaction.
9. Continuously building sales pipeline through referrals, research and online data under the following criteria:
– AI Digital and Merchandising Solutions (AI Chatbot Interface / Backend Big Data Processing System). Build and execute project solutions with prospect companies.
– Source & pitch closed user-group heavy firms, in need of expansion of sellable inventory.
– Determine appropriate account-based solutions (AI Chatbot Interface / API / System Solution/ Buildout/ Marketplace).

Requirements:

1. A proven B2B track record of achieving targets and KPI’s in the Middle East selling technological products.
2. General understanding of the dynamics of the defined region along with an existing DMs network is a plus.
3. Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field, preferred with 2-3 years of experience in enterprise sales.
4. Fluent in Arabic and English.
5. You are an A-Player that thrive in a high-growth start up environment, able to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and C-level.
6. You have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
7. Self-starter and able to work with minimum guidance.
8. A great understanding of technological advancements in today’s consumer world and its effect on related industries.
9. A clear understanding of outbound, local trade and economy of the region with preferred experience in technical based product sales/ travel tech/ fintech etc.
10. Able to understand and use data on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and make recommendations towards sales and workflow processes.
11. Travel might be required.

Salary:

15,000 – 18,000AED per month + commission, visa, medical, annual air fare tickets and yearly bonus
