Description:

As a Director of Digital Marketing, you will be a key part of this corporate communications digital, data and analytics and creative team, helping promote digital strategies with clients. The ideal candidate will be able to lead, nurture and develop junior staff members as well as work with the senior regional and global team on devising strategies for some of the world’s top companies. The Director will also serve as an in-house evangelist on all things digital, performance marketing, SEO, Social, Communication and consult key clients about the benefits of using digital and performance marketing to connect directly with their audiences.

The candidate should be an expert in owned, earned, social and performance strategies. This position will be to work in a growing team of ten.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key strategic challenges and business, marketing, and digital needs across all clients
  • Structure strategies and plans to improve the performance marketing outreach for the company’s key clients
  • Work with the companies regional and global social, digital and creative team to devise content strategies and advise C-Suite on top level digital marketing activities, globally
  • Responsible for educating all teams across accounts on all aspects digital marketing, frequently providing feedback on trends and tools that could benefit clients
  • Formulate new business decks and lead on the content of PowerPoint presentation slides
  • Work across all company clients to identify and explore opportunities for social, digital and performance engagement
  • Assist with post-campaign reporting efforts outlining key learnings and creating case studies when needed
  • Process and evaluate research from diverse qualitative and quantitative sources, especially performance activity

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in digital and performance marketing, deep knowledge of social media is a plus
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, media partnerships and influencer marketing
  • Strong experience building and executing digital/performance campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Clubhouse and emerging social networks/technologies
  • Intimate knowledge of digital/online industry tools, key players and trends
  • Strong verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • When necessary, the ability to work late nights and/or weekends
  • Written Arabic skills are a plus but not necessary

Salary

  • 45,000AED+ PCM + competitive bonus structure
