Job Description:

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be a key part of this corporate communications digital, data and analytics and creative team, helping promote digital strategies with clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work with the senior team on devising strategies for clients, whilst showing clear attention to the execution of their day-to-day campaigns. The specialist will also serve as an in-house evangelist on all things digital, and counsel key clients about the benefits of using social media to connect directly with their audiences.

The candidate should be an expert in owned, social and earned strategies, and have specific experience with community management. This position will be to work in a growing team of three.


  • Identify key strategic challenges and business, marketing, and digital needs across all clients
  • Structure plans to improve the social media profile of top senior C-Suite clients
  • Work with the companies executive social, digital and creative team to develop content strategies and put together editorial calendars for various clients
  • Work closely with production for any video/visual content requirements
  • Responsible for educating all teams across accounts on all aspects of social media, frequently providing feedback on trends and tools that could benefit clients
  • Assist with new business decks and the content of PowerPoint presentation slides
  • Research and assist with thought leadership pieces for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work across all company clients to identify and explore opportunities for social and digital engagement
  • Assist with post-campaign reporting efforts outlining key learnings and creating case studies when needed
  • Process and evaluate research from diverse qualitative and quantitative sources, especially social media activity and sentiment


  • 2-4 years in social media and community management, digital marketing is a plus
  • Understanding of media partnerships and influencer marketing
  • Strong experience building and executing digital/social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Clubhouse and emerging social networks/technologies
  • Intimate knowledge of digital/online industry tools, key players and trends
  • Strong verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • When necessary, the ability to work late nights and/or weekends
  • Written Arabic skills are a plus but not necessary
