An independent creative digital agency that helps luxury consumer brands to create and amplify their brand. Based in London, they specialise in content creation, brand building & performance marketing. The team is comprised of a creative department, as well as a team of digital specialists working across paid and owned media channels, who collaborate to bring outstanding results to their clients. 

As the head of paid media, you will be heading up the paid media department of 5+ and growing staff, reporting into the agency’s Managing Director and entrepreneurially running the team to establish outstanding client satisfaction and grow the revenue of the department.

The head of paid media will manage the agencies largest accounts, and manage other paid media specialists in the team.

The successful candidate will have autonomy on process and ways of working and will have extensive contact time with the agency’s owners to collaboratively implement ideas. The paid media team have been developing at an incredible rate over the last few months, this role will also play a part in further growing the team and planning resource. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Heading up the paid media department
  • Developing and growing existing clients and new prospects
  • Ensuring the performance and satisfaction of the agencies paid media clients
  • Managing and growing the paid media budgets and channels of the agencies paid media clients
  • Supporting our creative team, to ensure paid media creatives are continually progressing 
  • Managing, training the growing the paid media team
  • Working with the new business team to up-sell to existing clients and pitch to new clients and develop proposal decks

Preferred Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working in paid media 
  • Outstanding understanding of PPC, Paid Social & Programmatic 
  • Proven track record of substantially growing e-commerce businesses (D2C preferred)
  • Experience marketing internationally 
  • Experience managing a quickly growing team
  • Strong understand of brand strategy and creative strategy
