A global consultancy with a digital, data and analytics and customer experience division. This company strongly believe that data doesn’t need to be dry and creativity can reap results. Their approach combines these two powerful forces and allows them to deliver imaginative top down digital strategies that engage, convert and, most importantly, perform. You will work in a team of four and a wider team of ten+ across multiple forms of digital, data and analytics and creative thinking.

Role

• Identifying relevant 1st and 3rd party data sources and defining their use and value to the Planning framework, optimisation process specific to connected media

• Mapping the data flow of data sources

• Representing the use of data to internal stakeholders (communications digital, creative) and external stakeholders (clients)

• Leading and shaping analytics and data teams

• Delivering a clear roadmap with concise action through expert communication

• Gaining buy in from key stakeholders and develop a collaborative approach to continual capability development

• Creating a prioritisation framework based on business impact

• Articulating ideas which demonstrate a clear path to implementation

• Ensuring a feedback loop is utilised to take insights from markets and develop the capability

• Working collaboratively with all internal teams to successfully develop the consultancy proposition

• Identifying wider trends and opportunities in the markets to employ across the regional and global clients

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in agencies / consultancies

• Experience with manipulating data within CRM systems to deliver and measure marketing outcomes

• Experience with digital buying platforms (FB, Google, MiQ, LiveRamp etc) and the use of data driven insights to target and optimise on these platforms

• Experience with brand insights tools such as Nielsen, You Gov and others and the use of them to shape communication environments

• Experience with client presentation

• Knowledge of statistical analysis (Eg: Regression, CHAID)

• Enthusiasm and ability to problem solve

• Highly numerate, very comfortable with data analysis

• Experience of working with and managing multiple stakeholders

• Good communication – Arabic would be a major plus

• Self- starter, committed to achieving results and having an impact

Salary

30 – 37,000AED per month, plus bonus and benefits.
